A. For Passengers:

  • Account details — your name, mobile number, email address, and profile photo.
  • Location data — precise pickup, en-route, and drop-off locations to connect you with nearby drivers and enable live ride tracking.
  • Trip & payment data — ride history, route details, fare amounts, payment methods, and wallet balance.
  • Device & app info — device brand/model, operating system, IP address, and push-notification tokens.

B. For Drivers:

  • Profile & verification data — full name, phone number, CNIC/national identity card, driver's license, criminal record/background check details, and profile photo.
  • Vehicle information — vehicle registration papers, make, model, year, license plate number, and insurance details.
  • Background location — precise location data collected continuously while on duty (both when the app is open and running in the background) to match trips, calculate fares, and ensure rider safety.
  • Financial details — bank account details, mobile wallet info, daily earnings, incentives, and trip payouts.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To match passengers with nearby drivers and navigate trips effectively.
  • To track active rides and calculate accurate distance, time, and fares.
  • To process secure payments, digital wallet transactions, and driver payouts.
  • To verify driver identity, vehicle eligibility, and maintain passenger safety standards.
  • To provide real-time trip status, customer support, and resolve dispute cases.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, and safety violations.

3. Sharing Your Information

  • Between Passenger and Driver: We share essential details required to complete each trip. Passengers see the driver's name, photo, vehicle details, rating, and live location. Drivers see the passenger's name, pickup/drop-off points, and masked contact details.
  • Third-party service providers: We may share data with payment gateways, SMS gateway providers, mapping services, and cloud hosting platforms strictly to run our services.
  • Legal compliance: We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only when required by applicable laws, court orders, or law enforcement authorities for safety investigations.

4. Location Data

  • Passengers: Precise location is collected while the app is active or when booking/taking a trip to ensure accurate pickup and tracking. You can turn off GPS permissions, but booking features will not function.
  • Drivers: Continuous location access (including in the background) is mandatory while you are marked online or on an active trip to broadcast your availability, calculate fares, and provide real-time tracking for passengers.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement standard encryption, access controls, and technical safeguards to keep your personal data secure. We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, and as required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal accounting and transport regulations.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, review, and update your personal details directly within the app settings. You can also request the deletion of your account and personal data, subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances or mandatory legal retention periods.
